Syrian pro-regime patrols deployed in Yarmouk Camp for Palestinian refugees broke into the nearby neighborhood of AlHajar AlAswad and stole property from civilian homes.
Local sources said members of the National Defence Forces were caught near AlYazor school, in AlHajar AlAswad, where they ravaged abandoned buildings and took away power cables, wood bars, windows, doors and other furniture.
Thousands of Palestinian refugees used to take shelter in AlHajar AlAswad, which came under heavy shelling since 2013 and a crippling siege after ISIS crept into the area. Offensives launched by the Syrian and Russian forces resulted in heavy material damage and took away the lives of dozens of civilians.
