Syrian opposition groups continues to arrest the Palestinian refugee "Abu Hasan Abu Horsh" fifties-aged, after he was kidnapped three years ago during his work, so far no information about his fate or his place of detention except only some rumors about killing him, knowing that he was working as civilian driver transporting food to the airport of Aleppo.
It is noteworthy that many of the Palestinian refugees were abducted by opposition groups on charges of dealing with the Syrian regime, while these groups keep quiet about their fate or place, and in few cases only they announce the execution, just like what happened with a number of Palestinian refugees from Khan Eshieh camp
