The plight of displaced Palestinians of Handarat camp in Aleppo lasts for 998 day. The inhabitants of the camp had fled in a wake of dominating the camp by Syrian opposition in 2013. The families, which lived in the ninth unite in Aleppo University housing compound, were asked later to leave the unite to nowhere.
In terms of the situation of the camp, the shelling is still continuing daily. In addition, the clashes between the conflict parties converted the camp into a war field. Houses and schools in the camp had been hugely affected over the past two years. The location of the camp represents one of the most strategic spots in north Aleppo as Al-Kendi hospital located right south of the camp, and few hundred meters from the main road to the central prison of Aleppo. It is noteworthy that AGPS documented 43 victims and 32 detainees from Handarat Camp.
