A state of panic and tension spread out among pupils in Khan Eshieh camp after 4 raids carried out by the Syrian air forces. The raids targeted the west outskirts of the camp in Almanshieh and Alabbasa areas. 2500 pupils were inside school classes when the warplanes flying at low attitude over the camp caused fears and tension amidst the people in the camp.
The fears come under a heavy memory, where the Syrian planes bombed a UNRWA school in 16 June 2015 by explosive barrels causing many casualties and complete destruction of the school. In addition, some buildings were affected by the explosion in UNRWA school then resulted in 2 wounded children then.
