Violent clashes flared up overnight Wednesday in the area between the regime army and the opposition battalions at the bypass roads to Palestine Street. No casualties were reported in the hostilities.
ISIS militias have grabbed hold of 60% of the camp while the remaining 40% have been under the control of the regime troops.
Hundreds of refugees, out of 18,000 initially taking shelter in the blockaded Yarmouk Camp, had been forcibly displaced to adjacent towns after ISIS militias broke into the area in April 2015.
