Palestinian refugee Nabih Ahmed Awad, aged 67, has been jailed in government lock-ups for four years in a row.
Awad was kidnapped by the government forces in 2013 from his home in AlSheikh Saad neighbrhood, in AlMezzeh, lying to the southwest of central Damascus. His fate has been shrouded in mystery.
