Palestinian refugee Alaa AlDeen Jamal Mahmoud, aged 39, has been held in Syrian government penitentiaries for the fourth year running.
Mahmoud, a civil servant and a resident of Yarmouk, Camp, was kidnapped by the government troops in 2013 from Aleppo province. His fate has been shrouded in mystery.
