Palestinian refugee Hafedh Fyasal Huswa has been incarcerated in regime-run penal complexes for the fourth consecutive year.
The detainee, a resident of AlHajar AlAswad area, adjacent to Yarmouk Camp, was kidnapped by the pro-government squads at the Yarmouk roadblock on July 11, 2013. His fate has been shrouded in mystery as none of his family members managed to reach out to him.
