Violent clashes broke out overnight Tuesday between ISIS militias and Tahrir AlSham Commission in Haifa Street. Light and medium weapons were used in the clashes. No injuries were reported among civilians.
Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports have emerged on an underway agreement between the Syrian government forces and Tahrir AlSham Commission stipulating that the latter retreat from Yarmouk to Idlib, north of Syria. Key to the agreement is the evacuation of the blockaded AlFou’a and Kafriya towns, in Idlib suburbs, in exchange for the evacuation and disarmament of the blockaded AlZabadani and Madaya towns, in Rif Dimashq.
