Two Palestinian brothers—Ahmed and Fayez Mansour—were pronounced dead on May 23, 2017 during clashes between the pro-government Liwaa AlQuds battalion and ISIS militias in Syria’s central district of Tadmur. The casualties were residents of AlNeirab Camp, in Aleppo.
