AGPS received reports that a number of Palestinian refugees were arrested from Khan Alsheh camp in the Damascus suburb, by Syrian forces. Those who have been identified are “Abd al-Sattar Saeed”, “Hany al-Laffi” who works as a car driver and “Mazen Abu al-Haj”, a teacher. They were arrested at the entrance of the camp, by the barriers set by the Syrian security forces.
Syrian security had carried out raid and arrest campaigns a few days ago in Khan Alsheh camp and forced tight security on the camp and its residents.
The Syrian forces continues to detain 238 Palestinian refugees from Khan Alsheh camp, according to AGPS’s records. The security forces are keeping the fates of them and 1633 other people mysterious.
