Students in “Jileen” refugee camp in southern Syria returned to school, after being displaced from “Jileen” town in the rural area of west Deraa, following the control of the Khaled Ibn Al-Walid battalion.
Our correspondent in south Syria told us that more than 400 students and teaching personnel started the new academic year on 19-9-2017 in “Amuriya” village school, located in the west of the Yarmouk basin, south of Syria.
Residents of “Jileen” were displaced in Al-Yarmouk Valley, the village of Zezun and Muzayrib town after ISIS broke in to a number of villages in the Yarmouk Basin, while the area of “Jileen” turned into a scene of military operations, bomb artilleries and missiles with armed opposition groups.
