In Yarmouk camp, ISIS’s leaders released a new decision to tighten security in the areas it controls. The decision forces its members to carry their weapons permanently and continuously, especially when going to mosques. Those who disobey these instructions are to be punished if caught without their weapons.
In the past few tensions, ISIS had tension in its ranks due to salary cuts for the second month which led to the resentment and discontent of many of its members. A number of fighters also left towards the area of “Al-Maazniyeh” of those who want to leave the area with Al-Qadam fighters.
