AGPS’s Monitoring and Documentation Team has documented the death of 464 female Palestinian-Syrian refugees over the past seven years. According to the recorded data, the reasons for their death varied between direct bombardments on the areas of their residence, fighting, the siege or torture to death in the Syrian regime prisons.
The number of female Palestinian-Syrian refugees detained in the Syrian regime’s prisons is 106, whose locations and fate remain unknown, because of the security branches and intelligence’s secrecy regarding this topic.
The number of Palestinian refugees who have died, based on the Action Group’s documentations, has reached 3642 victims, while 1656 is the total number of detained refugees.
