The Action Group’s Monitoring and Documentation Team announced that it recorded the death of 21 Palestinian refugees in February 2018, while 27 died during the same month in 2017, as a result of the ongoing war in Syria.
The Group indicated that the 21 refugees who died in February 2018, were distributed across the Syrian cities as follows: 12 in Damascus, 5 in the suburbs of Damascus, 3 died in unknown locations and one person died in Deir ez-Zour.
The Group also clarified that the 27 refugees who died in February 2017, were in the following cities: 3 people in Deraa, 3 in the suburbs of Damascus, one person in Idlib, one person in Damascus, and one refugee died in an unknown location.
