The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said: “The agreement, which will bring out the fighters of Faylaq al-Rahman and Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham and their families and rejecters of the agreement of civilians, states in one of its undeclared items, the transfer of the fighters of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham and their families from the areas of their control in yarmouk camp, Damascus, to the north of Syria with the outlaws, within this agreement in the eastern Ghouta."
The Observatory added that the evacuation of the members of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham is expected, which are approximately 100 fighters in Yarmouk camp, in conjunction with the evacuation of the fighters and their families and civilians from the cities of Arabin, Zamalka and the district of Jobar in Damascus.
