Palestinian activists reported the news of local sources, that an unknown armed group kidnapped Palestinian refugee “Ayham Eqab,” a resident of the town of Sidon in the western suburbs of Deraa, on the evening of Sunday 24th of June. He was taken to the village of Karim in the area of Lajat, and to this moment the reason for his kidnap remains unknown.
According to the Action Group’s correspondent, kidnappings have recently increased for various reasons, most notably a ransom demand, while a state of security and armed chaos takes over the south of Syria.
