Palestinian refugee Alaa AlDeen Jamal Mahmoud, aged 40, died under torture in Syrian government dungeons, where he had been held for seven years.
The casualty, a former civil servant and resident of Yarmouk Camp, was kidnapped by the government forces from Aleppo and transferred to a detention center in Damascus.
