The residents of Al Raml camp in Lathakeia are living in a state of quietness amid continued economic suffering, where residents complain of the high prices of food supplies, in addition to the high cost of rent homes.
The continuation of the Syrian security forces arrest against the residents of Al Raml camp exacerbates their suffering with increased anxiety after the spread of the leaked images of the victims of torture in the Syrian prisons. In addition, the Palestinian groups loyal to the Syrian regime raided civilian homes between now and then to control some of it and take the others as headquarters.
The youth of the camp are also suffering from the Syrian security services prosecution for compulsory service in the PLO which forced many of them to escape out of the country.
