The Palestine Liberation Army (PLA) lamented the death of three members: Walid Mer’i, the commander of Saeka 412 Brigade, along with officers Amar Issa and Abdul Karim Melhem Ali.
The three officers were killed on September 25 while fighting alongside the Syrian government forces near Taloul AlSafa town, in AlSweida’s eastern desert.
261 PLA fighters have been pronounced dead all the way through the seven-year warfare in Syria.
