Director-general of the political department of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Anwar Abdul Hadi distributed cash aids to 40 Palestinian families who have remained in Yarmouk Camp.
Abdul Hadi said during a visit to Yarmouk that dozens of Palestinian refugees were born and raised in the camp, calling for serious efforts by the Palestinian factions and concerned authorities to reconstruct ruined facilities and enhance living conditions in the area.
Palestinian families who were forcibly deported from Yarmouk Camp and southern Damascus towns to northern Syria continue to appeal for urgent action over their tragic situation.
