Activists said a group of Palestinian youths held a meeting with the head of the French-Palestinian Friendship Society in Paris and briefed him about the dire conditions endured by Palestinian and Syrian detainees in Thailand.
The activists called for serious action so as to ensure the refugees are treated as asylum seekers rather than as lawbreakers.
