Palestinian artists from Jaramana refugee camp in Syria joined an exhibition staged at the Arabic Cultural Center in AlAdawi, in Damascus.
50 artists, including Jaramana residents Abdul Hadi Rumeidh and Amni Freisan, participated in the event, which was organized by artist Mohamed Younes, also a resident of Jaramana Camp.
Though Jaramana Camp has relatively been kept at bay from the bloody hostilities rocking the Syrian territories, due to its strategic proximity to Damascus International Airport, mortars that landed in nearby areas resulted in heavy damage and took away the lives of 70 Palestinians.
