Palestinian refugee Mohamed Yassin Abu Madi, called Abu Urwa, was pronounced dead in the under-equipped Deir Ballout Camp.
Abu Urwa, who was displaced from Yarmouk Camp, died from a heart attack that hit his vulnerable body in the poverty-stricken area.
