AGPS found out that nine Palestinian refugees died in the Syrian territories in November 2018. Medical neglect claimed the lives of three refugees; two refugees were tortured to death in Syrian state prisons; two others were fatally gunned down; another died on the migration route; and one more refugee died of unknown reasons.
