AGPS found out that nine Palestinian refugees died in the Syrian territories in November 2018. Aleppo topped the list with three casualties, followed by Rif Dimashq and AlSuweida with two refugees each. Another Palestinian was pronounced dead in the blockaded Gaza Strip and one more refugee died in Latakia.
In November 2017, four Palestinians died in Damascus, three in Deir AlZor, two in Rif Dimashq, and another in an unknown location.
