More Than 2,250 Daily Reports Issued by AGPS

AGPS has issued its daily report number 2,250, both in the Arabic and English languages. 365 reports documenting the situation of the Palestinians of Syria had been released by AGPS during 2018 alone.

A series of events and contributions have been made independently by AGPS or as part of international human rights platforms to speak up for the Palestinians of Syria.

One such contribution was made at the UNHRC’s 39th session held in Geneva. In a report passed on to the UNHRC in Geneva on September 19, 2018, AGPS, in partnership with the Palestinian Return Centre (PRC), sounded the alarm over the situation of the Palestinian refugees deported to northern Syria.

A research paper was released by AGPS as part of the Forum of Palestinians in Europe and the Nation’s Causes held in Berlin on Sunday, September 23, 2018 under the slogan “We Will Not Give up Our Right of Return”. The paper tackled the calamitous situation of the Palestinians of Syria owing to the blockade, arbitrary arrests, forced displacement, and heavy shelling.

On June 25, 2018, AGPS delivered a letter urging donor parties to boost UNRWA funds during a conference held in New York.
