AGPS has documented the death of 3,911 Palestinian refugees from Syria, including hundreds of women and children, since 2011, as a result of war-related incidents.
AGPS found out that hundreds of refugees were killed under shelling and hundreds of others were fatally gunned down.
At least 564 refugees were tortured to death in Syrian dungeons while 205 others died as a result of medical neglect and the tough blockade imposed by Syria’s government forces on Yarmouk Camp.
Scores of Palestinian refugees have also been left wounded, including dozens who have undergone limp amputation or eye loss.
Over 1,710 Palestinians have, meanwhile, been enduring mysterious fates in Syrian state dungeons, according to AGPS data.
A report on the number of victims, their geographical distribution, and the leading causes of death is slated to be released by AGPS in the next few days.
