A luncheon was held by the Commission of Palestinians of Syria for Relief and Development for dozens of displaced children north of Syria.
The luncheon, held in Deir Ballout refugee camp, makes part of ongoing attempts to assuage the tragic conditions endured by the displaced Palestinian and Syrian communities north of Syria.
Sometime earlier, UNICEF has warned that children’s lives are hanging by a thread north of Syria owing to the harsh weather and freezing temperatures rocking refugee tents. The suffering of children has tripled due to the escalation of violence.
