Palestinian refugee Muhammad Issa AlHourani has been held in Syrian government prisons for the sixth consecutive year.
Issa, born in 1982, was kidnapped by pro-government forces in Daraa AlBalad in Syria in November 2013. His family continues to appeal for information.
According to AGPS data, 1,726 Palestinian refugees have been locked up in Syrian state prisons, where 568 others were tortured to death.
