A free medical week has been launched at AlRa’i Hospital in the Lebanese city of Sidon on Friday. Free medical check-ups will be provided to ophthalmology patients regardless of their nationalities, from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Patients suffering blue water, eye pressure, sight disorders, and retinal diseases have benefited from the initiative.
The number of Palestinians from Syria who have sought refuge in the Lebanese territories has shrunk back to 25,000 after thousands fled the country due to the dire socio-economic conditions they have been made to endure.
