Palestinian refugee Falah AlHaras, from Khan Eshieh Camp, has been secretly locked up in Syrian state prisons for the seventh consecutive year.
Falah was arrested by Syrian intelligence officers on October 29, 2012. His condition and whereabouts have been shrouded in mystery.
