The Turkish Migration Office has reportedly lifted the ban slapped on the intercity movement of Syrian migrants and Palestinian refugees fleeing war-torn Syria.
Activist Yousef Mala said the ban was lifted in Ankara. Arab Turkey news website said Bursa and Kayseri followed suit.
Over recent years, the Turkish authorities have severely restricted the movement of Palestinian and Syrian refugees across the country, stipulating that travel licenses be issued by local migration offices to that end.
