Palestinian sculptor and artist Zaki Salam won the Mohamed Khada Prize for Fine Arts in Algeria in its fourth edition. The ceremony was held in Mostaganem province, in the northwest of Algeria. Honor guests from Egypt, Morocco, Iraq, Palestine, and Syria were in attendance.
Palestinian sculptor Zaki Salam was born in Damascus in 1958. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus in 1984.
