38-year-old Palestinian refugee Imad AbdelHameed Mtalk, housed in Dara’a refugee camp, appealed to UNRWA, concerned sides, humanitarian organizations, the International Red Cross and Palestine Red Crescent Society to help secure below-knee prosthetic socket for him.
Father of six, AlMtalk, added that he is unable to buy a silicone socket which costs roughly 150$ because of his deplorable economic and living conditions as he has no fixed financial resource. He noted that he was forced to launch an appeal after all doors were closed, wishing that generous people and charities would give a helping hand so he can go back to work and earn a living.
