Member of the political bureau of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) Maher AlTaher said Palestinian refugees in Syria have been treated as Syrian nationals, rather than outsiders, and granted their basic rights in the Arab country.
In Tuesday statements, AlTaher slammed “foreign parties”, including the US and Israel, among others, for manipulating the files of Palestinian refugee camps in Syria and giving instructions to hinder any agreements in this regard.
The PFLP leader also said that the greatest of all conspiracies weaved against Syria over the past eight years has been that targeting the Palestinian refugee community with waves of deportations and displacement.
