AGPS documented the death of 35 Palestine refugees affiliated with Fatah AlIntifada group, as they fought alongside the Syrian government forces across the war-torn country.
The list includes gunmen who died in fierce shootouts with ISIS and AlNusra Front in Yarmouk Camp. Others were pronounced dead in Harasta and AlKabon, in Rif Dimashq, and in Deir AlZor, east of Syria.
Activists have held ISIS militias accountable for the abduction of dozens of wanted Palestinian refugees and turning them in to Syrian government forces over security allegations.
