Palestinian refugee Mahmoud Tamim, aged 58, has been locked up in Syrian government dungeons since August 3, 2013.
Mahmoud was a resident of Yarmouk Camp for Palestinian refugees, south of Damascus. His condition and whereabouts remain unidentified.
