Palestinian refugee Amjad Mahmoud Mootassem has been held in Syrian government prisons for the fifth year running.
Mootassem was arrested by Syrian security forces in November 2014 from AlMasna’ area, on his way back from Lebanon. He is a resident of Aleppo-based Handarat Camp.
