Palestinian refugee Mahmoud Subhi Baltaji, born in 1965, has been enduring a mysterious fate in Syrian government prisons for the fourth consecutive year.
A resident of Aleppo province, north of Syria, Mahmoud was arrested in July 2015 as he attempted to obtain a passport. His condition and whereabouts could not be identified.
