Activists launched a campaign titled as "There are Civilians in Yarmouk" in order to deliver the voice of besieged people in Yarmouk, as the camp is not empty according to some allegations. There are thousands of civilians inside Yarmouk who continue in their harsh live despite the persistence of the Syrian army and GC siege for (672) consecutive days, power cut for more than (742) days, and water cut for 232 days respectively. In addition, they prevent the entry of medical and relief aid to the residents of the camp.
The Yarmouk residents carried out cleaning campaigns to clean the streets and lanes of the camp and erasing the houses rebels after a day of bombardment, which was described by the residents as the most violent bombing,the campaign came as to insure "the continuation of their life inside the camp despite the difficulties of living and catastrophes" an activist added.
