3500 Besieged Children in Yarmouk Facing Death each day

Clashes renewed in Yarmouk between the pro-Syrian armed Palestinian groups and ISIS alongside Al Nusra Front; most violent was at western area of Yarmouk. In terms of initiatives and negotiations for solving the Yarmouk crisis, the PLO delegation arrived to Damascus, headed by the Head of the PLO Refugees Department, Zakaria al-Agha, in order to discuss with the Syrian authorities to find a solution for the Yarmouk crisis, and try to neutralize it from the ongoing conflict in Syria.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian authorities postponed a previous visit of the PLO delegation that was scheduled last week, due to internal concerns of the Syrian authority, according to an official source. However, media sources close to the regime said that the postponement of the visit owing to disagreements between the Palestinian leadership about military solutions to end the Yarmouk refugee camp crisis.

In terms of services aspect, a number of civil and relief work organizations launched a campaign under the slogan "We are Yarmouk", so as to clean the streets and alleys of Yarmouk refugee camp out of garbage, and to remove the dust and rubble of the bombing.
