Demands should be submitted at migration agencies across Turkish cities except for Antalya, Aydın, Bursa, Cangli, Duzce, Edirne, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Krakale Rili, Kocaeli, Mughal, Sakarya, Tekirdag, and Yalova.
