The Palestinian Syrian Refugee, the Represented Yet Neglected

The fourth anniversary of the Syrian revolution passed on the 15th of March 2015 and entered its fifth year. All satellite channels revived this bitter anniversary to all Muslims and Arabs for the Syrian great position through the history in their hearts and souls.

Under different names,   and in a spectacular manner of the tragedy, those satellite channels tried to get close to contact the truth surrounding the living conditions of the Syrians and the problems that surround them such as health, education, asylum, displacement, and other disasters which are still ongoing and successive.

Yet, the question that requires an urgent response, and was put forward many observers, Why does talking missed about the Syrian-Palestinian component for news and attentive service and media coverage that accompanied the anniversary of the revolution just like the otherwise of the basic components of the Syrian society considering that his presence there is a matter of time for at least 67 years? What is the case and that has contributed to nearly 650 thousand Palestinian refugees' situation in Syria? Where are they today? How do they live? How much protection they received both inside and outside Syria as refugees?

UNRWA Commissioner-General Krebnol's recent statements in the middle of March 2015 have shown that "60% of the Palestinian refugees who are registered with UNRWA become displaced either inside Syria or fled abroad." He added that "Ninety-five percent of Palestinian refugees in Syria rely on aid from UNRWA "he said," another generation of Palestinians refugees in Syria face trauma of loss and deprivation and the difficulties that lie in front of their living with dignity."

Reports issued by Palestinian and international human rights organizations indicate that approximately 18 000 refugees are besieged inside the Yarmouk camp for nearly 620 days respectively, coincided with a lack of food, medicine, and medical care, which led to the death of 172 Palestinians from the camp.

The data also indicates that more than 45 thousand Palestinian refugees are in Lebanon where they are suffering as a result of theirambiguous legal situation and the Lebanese community refusal to accept the Syrian asylum that reached about 1.3 million Syrian refugees, coincided by security, environmental, and livelihood problems, according to more than Lebanese officials' statements during successive periods.  As well as the violations  practiced by the Lebanese authorities against the Palestinian refugees from Syria, the tightening and preventing them from entering Lebanon except in very special circumstances and conditions, impossible sometimes.

As will in Jordan, where Jordanian authorities prevent the entry of Palestinian Syrian refugees under the alternative homeland concerns, than many of the Palestinian refugees forced to deny their Palestinian nationality and claim they are Syrians dependency to enter Jordan to achieve little of security and safety which forced them to search the missing security and the war raging in Syria.

It is noteworthy that the statistics issued by UNRWA in the beginning of 2015 revealed the presence of approximately 10 687 Palestinian Syrian refugees.

Generally, Arab and neighboring countries have clearly declined to receive Palestinian refugees opposite of the Syrian refugee, making the Palestinian refugees vulnerable to border brokers in a case of little resources and dissipated the savings. They sold their homes, furniture, and gold so that they can get out of Syria to anywhere they could feel their humanity and safe, not least from those who cut off deserts to ride the sea or who fought roads to Europe on foot to loss their lives out of cold, fever, or drowned.

The issue of the Palestinian Syrian refugees was absent from the Arab and the Western media and only little orphan or comments indirectly, while the Palestinian refugees at the beginning of the fifth year the number of victims has reached nearly 2700 victims, including the nearly 345 woman spent the reasons different just like the Syrian brotherly people, but what hurts the heart that there are approximately 315 Palestinian victims died due to torture were arrested, mostly on the barriers or arrested inside their homes in pajamas or committed a "crime of the century" in providing humanitarian relief for our people besieged inside and outside the camps.
