Secretary-General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front (PPSF) Khaled Abdul Majid said the Syrian leadership has tasked the concerned authorities to make the necessary arrangements for the return of displaced Palestinian and Syrian families to their houses in Yarmouk Camp in the next few days.
Abdul Majid told Sputnik news agency that efforts have been underway by Damascus authorities to push for the reconstruction of the damaged infrastructure upon the residents’ return to the camp.
As part of this initial phase, owners of habitable and mildly damaged houses will be allowed to return to the camp, after they present their property ownership proofs.
