Palestinian Refugee Mirvat Kablawi Secretly Held in Syrian Jail

Palestinian refugee Mirvat Kablawi, from AlHusainiya Camp for Palestinian refugees, in Rif Dimashq, has been locked up in Syrian state jails for the fifth consecutive year.

Mirvat was arrested at a government-run checkpoint in AlHusainiya Camp on September 6, 2015. Her fate has been shrouded in mystery.

AGPS documented the imprisonment of 1,797 Palestinian detainees, among them 110 women and girls.
