Heavy shelling targeted different areas of Yarmouk camp yesterday, coincided with sporadic clashes break out on several fighting axes in the camp.
The AGPS correspondent reported that clashes broke out in the entrance of Yarmouk camp between ISIS alongside Al-Nusra Front and the Syrian army alongside the Palestinian groups. As well as, violent clashes broke out in Zein neighborhood south of the camp between ISIS alongside Al-Nusra Front with Islam Army and the armed opposition groups, which in turn controls part of Zein neighborhood.
Meanwhile, ISIS seizes about (3500) liters of fuel which was kept at the headquarters of Palestine Charity Committee near Abdul Qader Al-Husseini Mosque. The committee had allocated this fuel to run generators that extract water for the people of the Yarmouk refugee camp since water cuts for more than (255) days.
This comes in light of the continuous siege imposed by the regular army and PFGC groups for 695daysrespectively, while power cut for more than 765 days, while ISIS continue to control about 70% of the Yarmouk camp and put several checkpoints at the entrances of Yarmouk camp towards Yalda. In addition, sniping continued at Palestine square area between ISIS and the Syrian opposition groups in Yalda.
