UNRWA clinic in AlNeirab Camp for Palestinian refugees, in Aleppo, started on Monday providing anti-coronavirus vaccines to staff members and their relatives aged 18 and above.

Scores of staffers rejected the vaccine for fear of unexpected side effects.
