Palestinian and Syrian refugees sheltered in the displacement camps of AlMuhammadiya and Deir Ballout, north of Syria, joined a vigil held in solidarity with the residents of Deraa city and its Palestinian refugee camp.
The rally-goers chanted slogans condemning the mass expulsion of civilians from the area and calling on the United Nations and international human rights bodies to take urgent action in response to the human rights abuses perpetrated by the Syrian regime and its Russian abettor.
