Three years have passed after Dr. Hayel Qasim Hmaid was arrested by the Syrian security forces, while he was arrested from his clinic in the Yarmouk camp on13-8-2012 in charges of curing the injured people who were wounded by shelling at Yarmouk and no news about him yet or the place where he is detained. It was mentioned that Dr. Hmaid, 66 years, was born on 1948 in Dalata area in Palestine; he is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine - University of Damascus, and he also served as Head of general surgery department at the University hospital (Assad).
